Dr. Sandy is certified in full body Active Release Technique, certified in Acupuncture and has her doctorate in Chiropractic medicine. She utilizes all in her practice for the most optimum treatment plans. For Active Release, Dr. Sandy will use her hands to identify aberrations in tissue texture, tension, and movement, continuing until she determines the root cause of a condition. Once identified, the condition is targeted by one or more of the ART treatment protocols, each combining precise touch with specific patient movements to restore proper function and relieve pain. The goal is to release musculoskeletal disorder pain in 5 or few visits.

Initial New Patient Exams and Treatments are 45-60 minutes long.
Follow ups are for established patients are are 15-20 minutes long.

Active Release can be an intense technique which is why communication is important.
